NSGRA Annual Meeting September 25, 2010
Our Annual Membership meeting (followed by our membership picnic and our fall barn dance/camp out spectacular) is scheduled for Saturday, September 25th at 4 PM
At this important meeting we will be electing our 2011 President, Vice
President, Secretary, Treasurer, Contestant Chair, Fundraising/Entertainment Chair, Sponsorship Chair, Membership Chair and Public Relations Chair. (Our Trustee to IGRA has 1 year remaining in their term. we elected the Rodeo Chair for 2011 at the August Meeting.
The Annual Membership Meeting is the one meeting of the year where bylaws can be introduced, debated and passed without advance notice. It is also the meeting where we decide whether to host a rodeo for the upcoming year. In short, this is the most important membership meeting of the year-please attend!
